IB's Quality Management System integrates perfectly into the management system of a company, and aims to the maintain and fulfill quality requirements in compliance with all of the Labor and Environmental Regulations in force.
The Integrated Management System complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 (Quality) and SA 8000 (Social Accountability) and it is based on the synergic collaboration of all business functions in order to achieve the continuous improvement of service, the indoor climate, customer satisfaction and greater internal efficiency with a consequent reduction of inefficiency. In June 2017, IB was awarded also the prestigious ISO 27001 certification, which attests the company's commitment to information security at every level of the company.
In September 2016 IB released his Sustainability Report, presenting the activities carried out in 2015. The Sustainability Report is now in its fifth edition, and over the years has been reinforced as a tool able to integrate economic decisions with environmental and social aspects.
